Introduction of 317L polished stainless steel u channel
317L stainless steel U-channel is a low-carbon, molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel profile, cold-formed. Its surface is finely polished to reduce surface defects and reduce corrosion risks. It is widely used in industries with high requirements for hygiene, corrosion resistance and structural strength, such as food processing, chemical equipment, pharmaceuticals, marine engineering, etc.

Advantages
317L stainless steel u channel achieves Ra≤0.2μm super mirror effect through three-level polishing process (rough polishing → fine polishing → mirror polishing), and the reflectivity is ≥90%. It can be directly used as a decorative structural part, supports cold bending (minimum bending radius 3 times wall thickness), laser cutting (precision ±0.1mm), and customized specifications cover 50×30×3mm to 400×200×10mm.
317L stainless steel channel has a tensile strength of ≥480MPa, a yield strength of ≥175MPa, and an elongation of ≥40%. It can withstand a temperature difference of ±200℃ cyclic load and is suitable for vibration environments (such as chemical reactor brackets).
