Introduction of 321 Polished Stainless Steel Channel
321 polished stainless steel channel steel is made of 321 austenitic stainless steel (UNS S32100, national standard 06Cr18Ni11Ti) by cold bending and precision polishing (surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm), which can solve the problem of intergranular corrosion of ordinary stainless steel (such as 304) during high temperature welding, and improve the surface accuracy and aesthetics through polishing process.

321 Brushed Stainless Steel Channel
Advantages
UNS S32100 Stainless Steel Channel uses abrasive belt polishing + electrolytic polishing to achieve a mirror effect of Ra≤0.8μm, with uniform reflection and no orange peel, and can be directly used for exposed equipment structures. It supports customization of 5#-30# standard channel steel (such as 100×48×5.3mm) and special-shaped sections, and the minimum bending radius can reach 2 times the wall thickness.
321 Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel Channel has an 80% higher intergranular corrosion resistance than 304, meeting the rigorous test of ASTM A262 E method; at 600℃ and 100MPa load, the 1000-hour creep elongation is only 0.15%, which is better than 316L stainless steel (0.3%).
