SS 304H structural channel has a groove depth and width tolerance of ±0.8mm during cold bending, and an angle deviation of ≤2°. It supports customization of 5#-30# standard and special-shaped sections. The hot-rolled state is suitable for non-appearance structures. The roughness after pickling/passivation is Ra≤1.6μm, which can be used in food-grade high-temperature equipment.
High Temperature 304H Stainless Steel Channel has a long-term use temperature of 800℃ and a short-term tolerance of 900℃, which is better than the 700℃ long-term temperature resistance of 304L; the structural accuracy and surface quality meet industrial standards, which are 20-30% lower than 316H stainless steel and 60% lower than nickel-based alloys, and are suitable for medium and high temperature transformation projects with limited budgets.
