321H stainless steel hot rolled channel (UNS S32109) is a titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel designed for structural applications in high temperature environments. Its carbon content is higher than that of standard 321 stainless steel (0.04%–0.10%), suitable for manufacturing key structural parts such as heat exchangers, expansion joints, furnace parts, etc.

321H stainless steel U channel (UNS S32109) is a high-carbon austenitic stainless steel stabilized with titanium. It passes the ASTM A262 E intergranular corrosion test with a corrosion rate ≤ 0.5mm/year, which is only one-fifth that of 304 stainless steel, making it suitable for sensitive applications such as chemical equipment and heat treatment furnaces.
The 321H stainless steel channel for heat resistance is hot rolled at high temperatures between 1050-1150°C to eliminate casting defects and refine the grain size to ASTM level 7. Its high-temperature strength is improved by 15% compared to cold-worked products. After hot rolling, it undergoes pickling and passivation to remove the oxide scale, resulting in a uniform silver-gray surface that can be directly used in high-temperature exposed environments.
