What is A312 Tp321 material pipe?

A312 TP321 pipe is seamless stainless steel pipe conforming to ASTM A312 standards and designed for high-temperature, corrosion-resistant applications. Its titanium stabilizer (Ti ≥ 5×C%) effectively prevents chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries during welding or exposure to temperatures between 426°C and 816°C, ensuring excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. This seamless pipe is available in outer diameters ranging from 1/8" (DN6) to 24" (DN600) and wall thicknesses from SCH10 (1.65 mm) to SCH160 (22.22 mm). It is widely used for high-temperature fluid transport (maximum 900°C) in applications such as ethylene pyrolysis furnaces, heat exchangers, and power plant piping systems.
