SS 316Ti stainless steel U-shaped channel groove is a groove-shaped profile formed by cold bending or hot rolling. It is stabilized by titanium (Ti≥5×C%) to significantly improve its resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is especially suitable for highly corrosive environments that require frequent welding. The implementation standards include ASTM A276, and it has both high strength and sanitary corrosion resistance.

The corrosion rate of 316Ti stainless steel U channel in 65% boiling nitric acid is only 0.02mm/a (316L is 0.05mm/a), which meets the strict test of ASTM A262 E method; it can be directly used in chemical, marine and other highly corrosive scenes without post-weld treatment, saving 30% of construction time, and supports TIG and MIG welding. It is recommended to use ER316L-Ti welding wire.
316Ti SS Industrial Channels has a tensile strength of ≥520MPa and a yield strength of ≥205MPa. It can withstand ±150℃ temperature difference cycle load and is suitable for vibration environments such as reactor brackets. At the same time, the cold bending forming tolerance is ±0.8mm, and the inner wall roughness Ra≤1.6μm. It can pass FDA certification and be directly used in food-grade fluid delivery systems.
